Alaap Shah has returned to the firm of Epstein Becker Green as a member in its health care and life science practice in Washington, D.C., where he will advise clients on privacy and data security matters. Shah joins from the American Society of Clinical Oncology, where he served as senior counsel and chief privacy and security officer.
