Expect Continuing Regulatory Focus on Cybersecurity and Data Protection in 2021

Despite the challenges posed by COVID‑19, cybersecurity and data privacy enforcement is strong in the U.S., U.K. and E.U., according to a recent WilmerHale program. The panelists examined the notable regulatory and enforcement developments of 2020 and the evolving cyber threat landscape, and discussed the likely cybersecurity and data privacy regulatory priorities in the new year.
