Two Partners Join Holland & Knight’s Cybersecurity, Data Breach and Privacy Practice

Holland & Knight has welcomed cybersecurity and privacy partners Mark Melodia and Paul Bond in the firm’s New York and Philadelphia offices, respectively. Melodia specializes in governmental and internal investigations and putative class actions in data security/privacy and mortgage/financial services. Bond’s practice focuses on data security, privacy and artificial intelligence, and he also advises clients facing tech- and data-related class actions.
