Manatt recently announced the addition of Peter J. Reid as a senior advisor to its privacy and data security practice in Orange County, where he advises clients in compliance with HIPAA and E.U. data protection regulations. Reid’s hire follows the recent addition to the firm of Ingrid Beierly and John Treviño, senior advisor and counsel, respectively. Beierly, who is based in San Francisco, joined the firm earlier this year and counsels clients on developing data security compliance, privacy and incident response services. John Treviño is based in the firm’s Orange County office, and focuses on commercial litigation, privacy, data protection and other cybersecurity issues.
