How to Ensure GDPR-Compliant Third-Party Relationships

The GDPR is changing how organizations manage third-party relationships, including how third-parties are onboarded and monitored. For example, controllers may only use processors that provide sufficient guarantees of GDPR compliance and the relationship must be documented by contract.
