Osler Bolsters Its Ottawa Privacy and Data Management Practice Group

Patricia Kosseim has joined Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt as counsel in its privacy and data management practice group, and co-lead of the firm’s AccessPrivacy platform. Kosseim joins from the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, where she served as Senior General Counsel and Director General of the Legal Services, Policy, Research and Technology Branch.
