Miller & Chevalier Hires Brian Fleming to White Collar Practice

Miller & Chevalier recently announced the hire of Brian Fleming, former Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General. At the DOJ, Fleming worked on investigations and prosecutions related to various subjects, including export controls and sanctions violations, economic espionage and cybercrime.
